Grand River Solutions provides a wide range of services related to harassment and discrimination response and resolution, including investigations, informal resolutions, and hearings.  Our services are delivered on-site or in a remote environment
 
Job Description: The primary responsibility of the Training Host will be to support the logistics of virtual trainings offered by Grand River Solutions. 
 
Summary of Responsibilities:
·      Preparing training materials including:
o   Preparing and polishing PowerPoint decks 1 week prior to training date
o   Preparing pre-reading materials and training evaluations
·      Hosting virtual trainings, which will require:
o   Availability for intervals of 4.5-5 hours (with scheduled breaks) to be on camera and available to provide technical and logistic support to speakers and attendees
o   Control main screen graphics and screen sharing of presenter content 
o   Offering welcome and closing remarks
o   Host Zoom meeting
·      Oversee post-training requirements including:
o   Downloading and editing video recordings
o   Editing and preparing PowerPoint decks and post-reading materials to be shared
o    Coordinating data collection from post-training evaluations
 
Required Minimum Qualifications:
•       Strong technical skills, including advanced Zoom settings.
•       Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot technology
•       Strong customer service skills
•       Strong professional communication and public speaking skills
 
Salary Information 
GRS has different base pay ranges for different locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistent with different geographic markets.  Compensation offered will depend on various factors in addition to location of primary residence, such as job level, complexity and responsibility required by the role, knowledge, job duties and requirements, relevant experience, and skills.   
  
Pay Ranges for Applicants in CA, CO and WA  
The pay range for this position in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, and New York City is $70K - $90K.  For those who are elsewhere in California, the range is $55K - $75K.  For those based in Colorado, the range is $45K - $75K.  For those based in Washington State, the range is $45K - $90K.
