ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 
·        Provide leadership and guidance to administrative staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development. 
·        Allocate resources effectively to support MOW administrative functions and ensure efficient operations.  Monitor and prioritize daily work flow and schedules.  
·        Establish performance goals and objectives for administrative department and evaluate performance regularly. 
·        Ensure that MOW Administration Team effectively supports field personnel and managers within the operations team. 
·        Develop and implement strategic plans for MOW Admin team and operations support and ensure those strategic plans align with organizational goals and objectives. 
·        Gather and Manage Key Performance Indicator’s for the Business Scoreboards 
·        Assist in coordination of monthly business reviews and forecasting. 
·        Manage all admin related duties for Rail Train Projects, leases, and equipment needs.  Partner with Rail Train commercial lead to prepare and monitor annual budget.  Assist with customer support on an ongoing basis.  
·        Oversee AAR compliance for Rail Plants, ensure proper documentation is in place, and complete internal audits as needed.  
·        Develop and manage departmental budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities. 
·        Participate in the Divisional Strategic planning process and action plan assignments. 
·        Collaborate with other departments and senior management to support cross-functional initiatives and projects. 
·        Facilitate communication between MOW Admin team and other areas of the organization, ensuring alignment and coordination of activities. 
·        Identify opportunities for process improvement and partner with Lean Leader to implement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 
·        Develop, review, and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and best practices. 
·        Other duties as assigned. 
 
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 
·        Standing, walking, bending, and sitting for extended periods are required to perform basic office functions 
·        Ability to lift up to 25 pounds is regularly required for Photocopying, filing and other record keeping duties 
·        Vision must be sufficient for inputting data into a computer 
·        Keyboarding skills that reduce the risk of carpal tunnel and other office related injuries 
 
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS: 
·        Indoor office/home environment 
 
QUALIFICATIONS: 
·        Business Administration degree or equivalent experience required 
·        Experience managing and leading direct reports along with partnering with cross functional teams to drive results in a manufacturing or contracting/service environment preferred 
·        Strong computer skills and proficient in MS office applications 
·        CRM Dynamics system knowledge 
·        Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail 
·        Ability to maintain a valid Driver’s License and abide by our Corporate Fleet Policy 
·        Must be able to successfully pass all pre-employment testing required by Holland, L.P.
