Field Service Technician/Production Assistant - Denver, CO

The service call tech and warehouse assistant will work closely with the shop lead and other team members to deliver exceptional and timely customer service to our Contractors and Homeowners. Must have some carpentry and/or woodworking experience as in field repairs are the main focus for this position. Some work will take place in our shop, with an emphasis on site visits to address customer concerns in person and complete necessary adjustments and repairs as needed. Interior and entry door experience is a plus.

Minimum Qualification Skills:
  • At least 3 years Customer Service experience
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Some basic computer skills required
  • Attention to Detail
  • Willingness to Learn
  • Basic tool experience using router, miter saw, table saw, planer, joiner etc.
  • Safe and responsible forklift operation
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and stand on concrete for 8 hours a day
  • Must have clean MVR and be able to drive company vehicle
Essential Job Functions:
  • Perform onsite service calls as needed to complete field installation and repairs
  • Inventory and maintenance of shop tools and other equipment
  • Unload product deliveries as they come in as needed
  • Assist with weekly unloading of product delivery from manufacturing plant and organize as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
