We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Demand Generation with a strong background in the healthcare industry. As the Director of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for leading the inside sales team and developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive demand, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth in the healthcare sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives, providing
  • guidance and support to help them achieve their individual and team goals.
  • Continuously educate the inside sales team on healthcare business and help them to stay up-to-date on key trends.
  • Develop and implement campaigns and account-based marketing strategies and plans to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Tailor existing marketing content to specific healthcare accounts, leveraging various channels such as email, social media, webinars, and events.
  • Build, manage and maintain email contact lists
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify target accounts and develop personalized marketing strategies to support their sales efforts.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of target accounts to understand their needs, challenges, and buying behaviors.
  • Leverage marketing automation and customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance and lead nurturing activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales goals and support the lead qualification and conversion process.
  • Set goals for inside sales team and demand generation initiatives. Measure and report on progress against goals to leadership
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in demand generation to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (science or business degrees preferred).
  • Min of 5 year of healthcare experience
  • Denver-based (preferred but not required)
  • Background in healthcare software that serves the provider industry a must
  • Background in sales, inside sales or demand generation
  • Data-driven
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
