Eon is looking for a Regional Director, Sales to expand our rapidly growing customer base by leading enterprise sales from expressed interest through contract signature. The right candidate has a history of consistent high performance and is passionate about making our healthcare delivery system better.  

We’re looking for high performing, principled evangelists to expand the reach of the Eon Patient Management (EPM) platform, already in use at some of the biggest names in healthcare. The platform offers a highly differentiated value proposition that is uniquely appealing, including:  scalable, pre-built applications with a highly configurable, no-code integration process.  Eon has a highly satisfied and referenceable customer base, with outsized clinical and financial ROI experienced and attested to by all customers.

As the leader in the market, Eon has pioneered the use of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to enable high value patient identification and management for healthcare organizations ranging from individual hospitals to small integrated networks to large national IDNs.

This is an exciting role where you will be well supported by marketing, inside sales and company leadership, receive direct feedback on your efforts and have ample opportunities for advancement.  This position requires a goal-oriented individual who is an intuitive thinker, able to process inputs quickly and pivot messaging / emphasis to address audience interest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for achieving your sales target by developing and executing a territory sales plan that aligns with the company go-to-market strategy
  • Manage sales process from Initial Briefing through to close
  • Quickly become expert on the product use cases, underlying technology platform and future vision and lead conversations with a wide range of health system contacts
  • Lead product demonstrations that communicate complex technical and clinical concepts using crisp, easy to understand, value-oriented language
  • Work closely with sales and marketing leadership to define and evolve sales process, market approach strategy, target account definition, product packaging and positioning, etc.
  • Keep all territory activity, opportunities and forecasting current in CRM

Skills and Qualifications

  • 6-10 years quota carrying experience
  • Provider side healthcare software required (Enterprise clinical workflow SaaS experience preferred)
  • Experience in Early / Growth stage environments 
  • Verifiable track record achieving / exceeding annual quota in a highly competitive environment with multiple clinical, administrative and technical stakeholders
  • Ability to qualify opportunities, manage extensive follow-up to obtain customer commitments, and negotiate and close contracts
  • Ability to understand the business challenges our prospects and clients are facing and effectively translate these challenges to the capabilities of our products and services 
  • Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with an execution mindset and high personal accountability for exceeding sales outcomes
  • Ability to travel 20-50%
