Manager of Clinical Transformation - Remote

What You Do:
  • Responsible for ensuring the delivery of Eon Care Management services as defined in the customer Master Sales Agreement.
  • Works closely with the Leadership team to achieve performance metrics as defined in the customer SLA. 
  •  Functions as a liaison between Customer and Eon Care Management team.
  •  Perform 1:1 syncs with the Eon Care Management team to provide feedback, coaching, and identify areas of growth.
  •  Perform annual performance reviews of Eon Care Management team.
  •  Responsible for the onboarding of all Eon Care Management team new hires.
  •  Organize and delegate assignments to the Eon Care Management team.
  •  Compile monthly metric reports on Eon Care Management performance. 
  •  Compiles data, tracks outcomes, and makes recommendations for Eon Care Management process improvement.  
  •  Provide assistance in resolving concerns about service delivery and escalate as necessary to local and enterprise administration. 
  •  Understands and communicates customer needs internally for prioritized product development. 
  •  Works closely with the Leadership Team to develop ongoing strategic goals to further Eon Care Management adoption.
  •  Works closely with the Eon Success team by collaborating on efforts needed to resolve internal and external open tickets related to Eon Care Management.
  •  Work closely with the Implementation team to ensure deliverables for Eon Care Management implementations.
  •  Assist Clinical Transformation Coordinators in management of incoming worklists as needed.

Knowledge & Skills:
  •  Degree in Medical field such as RN, RRT, RT, or equivalent preferred
  •  Management experience required 
  •  Self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative, and ability to operate independently with limited oversight.
  •  Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
  •  Demonstrate excellent motivation, team leading, and the ability to achieve goals and objectives.
  •  Excellent communication, interpersonal leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  •  Demonstrated finesse of health systems creating standardized policies and procedures
  •  Oncology and/or Radiology experience preferred
  •  Strong foundation in medical terminology
  •  Commitment to ongoing personal development and outstanding domain knowledge within the deployment of technology solutions within healthcare 
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  •  High degree of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to establish a high level of credibility both internally and external to the organization 
  •  High level of initiative and works well in a team environment 
  •  Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well 
  •  Remote, home-based position with some travel

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $60,000 - $90,000 (yr base pay); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay Act. Base (CEPA) pay information is based on market location.
