What You’ll Do
You will solve complex problems and influence teams across Nextworld as you redefine the fundamental definition of enterprise resource planning – our goal is to change and improve the way people work and make companies more successful. Every Product Owner at Nextworld has a tremendous and immediate impact on virtually every aspect of the organization.
Product Owners have a unique opportunity to help guide highly skilled engineering and design teams to create global market solutions.

Here is a closer look at your responsibilities:
o  Manage and prioritize the product backlog according to the product strategy and company goals 
o  Guide the product development process including collaboration with peers to arrive at design solution, document requirements for development, provide timely feedback to developers and final testing
o  Plan tasks for the development team to ensure all key team members are in-line with the overall product roadmap and ensure the product release tasks including documentation, release notes, and recorded training/help videos as needed
o  Serve as a domain expert for all localizations and drive direction across all product families
o  Work under the guidance of, and in collaboration with, the SVP of Product

What you Bring
o  8+ years of experience in ERP
o  Prior experience as a developer, system administrator, or implementation specialist
o  Prior experience as a product owner using Agile / Scrum development methodologies preferred
o  Deep experience with either globalized platforms or application localizations
o  Proven communication skills across various levels of an organization and roles within the entity
o  Ability to consolidate market requirements, align to our corporate objectives, and prioritize what is essential to define the market strategy
o  Ability to be externally facing explaining our architecture to prospective customers
 
  • Compensation Range: $100,000 - $160,000 (May vary depending on experience)
