You’ll play the very important role of representing our organizational brand of excellence through supporting and executing our Talent Acquisition and our overall People Operations mission. In joining the Nextworld Talent Acquisition team you will join a special group focused on recruiting and hiring efforts by partnering with all levels of company leadership, and the People and Strategy Team, to support in attracting, identifying, screening, and onboarding the best Team Members in our industry. You’ll be a key member of our People Operations Team, supporting and contributing to both the strategy and the tactical execution of people excellence. Reporting to our Head of Talent Acquisition, you will help to create an extraordinary experience for job seekers, new employees, and hiring managers alike by maximizing our company’s ability to attract and onboard ideal Team Members.
 
What You'll Do
 
Your execution in both the candidate sourcing/recruiting and internal hiring team relationship building/interview facilitation will allow our team to maximize its impact and allow you to grow into a well-rounded and battle-tested Talent Acquisition professional.
 
Here is a closer look at your responsibilities:
 
·         Leverage both modern and traditional hands-on sourcing and recruitment methods (including social media best practices) to identify and attract ideal Team Members
·         Support the Talent Acquisition Team in day-to-day candidate/hiring manager interview scheduling and coordination
·         Assist in the posting of job openings on job boards, corporate career websites, and other possible channels
·         Perform daily upkeep and maintenance of Talent Acquisition ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure data, candidates, and requisition information is up to date
·         Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to verify if position and culture requirements are met and present resumes to hiring managers
·         Foster long-term recruitment relationships with candidates
·         Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross- functional projects
·         Assist in Talent Acquisition rollouts, improvements, and optimization for the key candidate and new-hire experience initiatives
·         Other responsibilities as assigned
 
Minimum Qualifications
·         2+ year(s) of Recruiting/Talent Acquisition experience working in either a corporate or staffing agency environment - IT/Tech recruiting background preferred
·         Basic and foundational knowledge of the full cycle of recruiting
·         Working proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite – MS Teams, Outlook, Excel
·         Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) 
·         Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Salary Compensation: $70,000.00/Year - $95,000.00/Year based on experience.
 
Position located in Greenwood Village, CO. Nextworld's hybrid model has co-location in-office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
