Performance Test Engineer 2 (Lead)
Work with product management to define performance and scalability targets. Create automated performance tests using the Nextworld Enterprise No Code platform. Trouble shoot performance issues, identify problems and make tuning recommendations. Lead a team of 2-3 performance engineers.
Experience in performance testing applications and with use of performance testing tools such as LoadRunner as well as performance monitoring tools like AppD & Datadog for monitoring system performance and scalability.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- 3+ years of experience in performance tuning
- Ability to troubleshoot performance issues
- Experience working with Java based environments recommended
- Experience with Database tunning and SQL
- Experience with AWS
Starting salary range: Depending on experience.
