This really is the perfect role! The Manager of Clinical Transformation is responsible for implementing and overseeing Eon Care Management. The Manager of Clinical Transformation is an integral and key member of the Eon Care Management team to help ensure patient adherence. Eon Care Management (ECM) is a new, radically different approach to the longitudinal management of patients enrolled in screening programs or patients who present with an incidental finding that needs tracking. This role will report directly to the Director of Clinical Transformation.
Eon is looking for a Southwest and Central based Regional Sales Director to expand our rapidly growing customer base by leading enterprise sales from expressed interest through contract signature. This role will cover the following states: CO, MO, TX, NM, OK, KS, AR, AZ, UT. The right candidate has a history of consistent high performance and is passionate about making our healthcare delivery system better. We’re looking for high performing, principled evangelists to expand the reach of the Eon Patient Management (EPM) platform, already in use at some of the biggest names in healthcare. The platform offers a highly differentiated value proposition that is uniquely appealing, including: scalable, pre-built applications with a highly configurable, no-code integration process. Eon has a highly satisfied and referenceable customer base, with outsized clinical and financial ROI experienced and attested to by all customers. As the leader in the market, Eon has pioneered the use of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to enable high value patient identification and management for healthcare organizations ranging from individual hospitals to small integrated networks to large national IDNs. This is an exciting role where you will be well supported by marketing, inside sales and company leadership, receive direct feedback on your efforts and have ample opportunities for advancement. This position requires a goal-oriented individual who is an intuitive thinker, able to process inputs quickly and pivot messaging / emphasis to address audience interest.

Eon is looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to build market excitement, engage prospective customers, and contribute to our mission while growing our business. Partnering with marketing and regional sales directors, the SDR is the sales front line and is responsible for establishing the foundation for new customer acquisition. Leveraging a combination of marketing driven campaigns and strategic territory management, the SDR will contact and engage hospital leaders to establish interest in Eon’s solutions, resulting in scheduling Initial Briefings (formal introductions to the Eon solutions, conducted by senior Eon commercial staff members.) The right candidate has a track record of not only planning but executing, with a history of high sales performance and passion for improving our healthcare system. This is an exciting role where you will be well supported, receive direct feedback on your efforts and have ample opportunities for advancement. This position requires a goal-oriented individual that has experience in planning and executing a strategy to identify new customer prospects, effectively identifying pain points of prospects, and providing a focused solution that results in converting the prospect to a customer.
