The Grapple Truck Driver will drive, operate and maintain a Hi-Rail Grapple Truck, often times as a member of a crew to install new railroad track, maintain existing track and right-of-way.
Performing various tasks from pre- testing, disassembly, servicing and repairing, reassembling and final testing of a MOD Mobile Welder and its’ auxiliary pieces of equipment (flash butt welder, puller, grinders) to meet the objectives of the Annual Preventative Maintenance program. Work to improve overall productivity, quality and reliability of the operating equipment and the program.
To assist the Shop Manager and its service crew in a safe manner to meet the objectives of the Annual Preventative Maintenance program. Providing guidance in assigning tasks and the details of the service to be done on each unit. This includes evaluating, testing, servicing and final testing the equipment back to MOD compliance standards. Providing strong leadership qualities, mentoring and training personnel to improve overall productivity, quality, reliability of the operating equipment and the program. This is a hands on working position.
The Transport driver will be responsible for loading, hauling and unloading railroad equipment, materials or supplies to and from job sites.

The Operations Analyst will study our organizational workflows and processes to recommend and implement changes to increase team efficiency, as well as revenue and production. The ideal candidate will be able to translate data and evaluate operations to develop and advise on new projects to all levels of staff. The operations analyst will also research and compare multiple avenues of workflows, assist in departmental analysis, and conduct internal audits.
Finish grind welds to customer’s specifications, inspect rail for rail defects. Keep up with production so that finish grinding is complete prior to weld cycle being completed. Personnel must follow all general and safety policies and procedures as established by the Safety Manual.
Maintain and operate the TrackSTAR vehicle in a safe and efficient manner on track and on hi-way system’s, while displaying a high quality and professional image to all Holland customers.

Provides leadership and oversight for the safe and efficient operations of Holland Warehouse. Responsible for receiving, storage, control, and distribution of materials for internal and external Holland customers. Creates and maintains processes which support optimized inventory levels utilizing data driven tools. Executes order fulfillment for internal Holland customers per their timing requirements
Assembly and repair of all Holland products. Focus on improvement through Lean Manufacturing processes and practices. Use hand and power tools, micrometers, digital voltmeter, other devices to measure current, resistance, amperage, hydraulic pressure, and fluid flow. Use precision instruments requiring interpretation. Work from electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings and specifications. Check own work, and work of others to diagnose and correct problems. Where applicable, employee must be willing to work with voltages ranging from 480V to 5 volts. Show proficiency to weld with stick and MIG. Must be able to use standard hand tools and shop equipment. Work to improve overall productivity, quality and reliability of all Holland products. At times may lead small groups of fellow employees.
