Administrative Assistant-MBD - Terre Haute, IN or Upper Sandusky, OH

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Includes but not limited to:
  • Perform all Administrative functions required to maintain operational performance at Upper Sandusky, Greggs, and Terre Haute locations
  • Work with HR on any pre-employment testing of all temps and new hires and insure employee file is complete 
  • Track weekly payroll hours and OT reporting.
  • Track quarterly incentives for all personal and assit in budget/monthly and yearly financials.
  • Assist site employees with usage and knowledge assistance.
  • Submit expense reports (Certify).
  • Compile and maintain work instructions for all site operations.
  • Shop maintenance records keeping.
  • Update MSDS manual for site.
  • Assist with accident reporting.
  • Assist Site QA Rep with OFI’s and NCR’s.
  • Enter billing for cleaning and prepping into Expressyard. 
  • Review billing repair cards and cleaning reports for accuracy and communicate with Crete on any billing special instructions or issues
  • Perform site purchasing and inventory functions for material and parts
  • Office cleanliness / general housekeeping.
  • May be required to safely operate a site crew pickup when needed. 
  • Other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Standing, walking, bending, and sitting for extended periods are required to perform basic office functions.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds is regularly required for filing and other record keeping duties.
  • Vision must be sufficient for inputting data into a computer.
  • Keyboarding skills that reduce the risk of carpal tunnel and other office related injuries. 
  • Willingness to wear PPE (hart hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, etc…)
  • May required occasional travel, including air travel up to 30%
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
  • Indoor office environment
  • Exposure on a regular basis to all outdoor weather conditions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • One to three years office experience.
  • Intermediate software skills including Excel and Word.  
  • Intermediate interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate written and verbal skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to successfully complete all pre-employment testing required by Holland, L.P.
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and meet the Holland Vehicle Fleet Policy.
