The Opportunity
Cell-Ed serves 70,000+ adults learning English and other foundational skills (literacy, numeracy, and work). We are uniquely positioned to design, build, and scale software systems to help educators, students, community practitioners, and governments better address the myriad of challenges they face. Our technology teams help bring personalized learning tools to educators.

You will
  • Have progressive experience in gathering, documenting, and communicating business requirements
  • Establish project plans with the teams to track progress and use appropriate verification. techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and resourcing.
  • Ensure  that all projects are delivered within budget, scope and delivered on time, while providing periodic reporting of statuses to all stakeholders.
  • Have experience with projects requiring knowledge of project management principles, agile, scrum, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Ensure technical feasibility, assist in project scope & objectives with the involvement of all stakeholders.
  • Lead estimating and planning project timelines and milestones, and administering task schedules.
  • Perform proactive RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues & Dependencies) management for smooth delivery of projects with timely escalations if required.
  • Lead, mentor & coach the team/stakeholders on the agile/SAFE principles.
  • Lead coordinating internal resources and Client/vendors for the flawless execution of the project deliveries.
  • Lead & manage the establishment of project KPIs and success measurements. 
  • Lead & manage  the rollout of procedure, including driving the success of the mandate, and the identification and removal of implementation roadblocks.

You have
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science or equivalent study and work experience
  • End-to-end project management experience over 10+ years as a project manager and/or a scrum master
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills together with a commitment to all-round quality.
  • Excellent communication skills & self-driven in managing multiple projects/teams.
  • Good understanding of PM metrics for tracking
  • Strong leadership & organisational skills with a self-motivated & a positive attitude.
  • Experience in project management tools such as Rally, Jira is required
  • Experience in Program and Scrum Agile Framework Management
  • Experience in SQL Access Tableau is a plus
  • Professional certifications on Project Management. (PMP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master) etc.)
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving nature with a creative mindset demonstrating teamwork, excellence & innovation.

Job Types: 
  • This role is 100% remote, with the flexibility to work anywhere in the U.S.
  • 6 Months contract to hire.

Salary Range:
$100,000 - $155,000
