Job Description 

Working closely with the Channel Marketing Manager and sales account directors, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing campaigns, promotions, partner events, and trade shows, focusing on specific sales and marketing channels. As the ideal candidate for this role, you possess exceptional organization and planning skills, and are a self-starter who is not afraid to ask questions to help drive decisions using data. You are an excellent collaborator who can also work independently, and have an eye for detail to ensure that all aspects of the project are correct. 
 
In this role, you will oversee the development of presentations, coordinate tasks for retail displays, collateral, and signage, and manage logistics and execution for events. You will also have the opportunity to assist with new product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns, update and maintain campaign reporting, and act as the project manager to document and follow-up on team meeting decisions and action items.

Job Duties and Responsibilities 
 
  • Work with the marketing team, sales account managers, and external partners to help develop and implement channel-specific marketing programs, campaigns, and advertising programs.  
  • Act as the liaison with the sales team and retail reps to explore opportunities and execute retail promotions that are consistent with overall marketing campaigns while catering to specific channel platforms and audiences. 
  • Work with the Channel Marketing Manager to create, proofread, and maintain consistent messaging and copy for channel-specific sales tools and collateral across all retail channels. 
  • Participate in the planning, execution, and recap of national and regional channel tradeshows, sales presentations, and industry events. 
  • Contribute to the successful execution of new product launches, ongoing marketing campaigns, and retail promotions including content development, POP/merchandising ideation and procurement, sales collateral and training, and other related activities. 
  • Document decisions and action items and ensure regular follow-up with marketing team meetings for updates on projects, timelines, and other relevant activities. 

Required Qualifications 
 
Education 
  • A degree in marketing, communications, or another closely related field 
 
Work Experience 
  • 2-3 years of channel marketing and/or events marketing experience 
 
Knowledge and Skills 
  • Understanding of marketing strategy and tactics, including experience with in-store merchandising/displays 
  • Direct experience and expertise with managing or assisting with events and tradeshows 
  • Superior organizational and time management skills to prioritize projects/tasks, work independently and with multiple stakeholders, and consistently follow-up on next steps 
  • Proven ability to manage projects closely and ensure proper communication, collaboration, and alignment 
  • Effective working skills of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 
  • Project management and event management experience a plus
