Summary: This position is full time and responsible for contacting warm leads through phone and email. Providing quotes to prospective customers for residential and commercial properties. Build relationships with Property Managers, Architects, Glass Shops, Window Treatment Companies, Interior Designers, and build a book of ongoing business. Ensuring projects get completed efficiently and successfully with excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Answering phones and discussing window film projects with potential customers/clients
- Sales calls that lead to appointments with prospective residential and commercial customers and providing a verbal or written quote
- Looking through and identifying projects to bid on through bid platforms
- Working with subcontractors to print specific custom materials when needed (logos, graphics, custom designs)
- Follow up with clients on completed projects
- Visit glass shops, blind companies, architects, interior designers to introduce ourselves and build relationships
- Collecting deposits for sold orders
- Calling leads on a same day basis
- Follow up on pending projects
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and CRM applications
- Being able to communicate with prospects in a professional and friendly manner
- Personable and social to build relationships with team members and customers
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Attention to detail and the ability to take accurate measurements and create proposals
- Ability to provide excellent customer service experiences
