THE JOB
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursing Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a nursing consultant, collaborating with nursing schools and hospitals to ensure seamless integration of SimX's simulation technology into their curriculum. Your primary responsibilities will include providing expert guidance, identifying education/training gaps, and facilitating the implementation of our platform to meet the evolving needs of nursing education.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct needs assessments, virtually or in person, to identify IVR (Immersive Virtual Reality) requirements based on SWOT analysis.
  • Create individualized implementation plans for clients, overseeing preparation, scheduling, and operationalization of IVR.
  • Deliver onboarding, training, and support during the implementation phase.
  • Offer expert advice on IVR-related curricular development and provide guidance on orientation and educational guides.
  • Develop scenario mapping aligning with AACN essentials, INACSL, QSEN, Joint Commission requirements, and CMS conditions of participation.
  • Oversee new nursing content development in collaboration with clients and the SimX production team 
  • Identify gaps in learning objectives for Nursing Undergraduate and Continuing Nursing Education, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in research development related to IVR technology and its impact on nursing education.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • 5 years of experience in undergraduate nursing education.
  • Proven experience in simulation technology and implementation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

This is a full-time, remote position. Candidates must live within the United States. In addition, candidates will also be expected to attend major simulation conferences and/or in person consultation meetings potentially as frequently as monthly.

  • Master's degree in Nursing Education or related field.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Target salary range: $90,000-110,000 annually; commensurate with experience
