The Opportunity
Eon is looking for a UX/UI designer that wants to make a difference in healthcare. This role will be the first at the organization and report to the VP of Product.
As a UX/UI designer you will:
- Understand business requirements and user feedback and translate these concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Be responsible for early concepts to pixel-perfect high fidelity designs
- Interact with members across the organization, and collaborate closely with the Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
- Create a strong product design brand, both visual and interaction
- Partner with product managers to gather and research user requirements
- Optimize existing user experience and interface
You’ll be a good fit if you can:

- Can see the big picture while working on the tiniest of details
- Make decisions with imperfect or incomplete information
- Clearly communicate design decisions
- Have a self-starter mindset with the ability to adapt to change in a fast moving company
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of product UX/UI experience with responsive web in a SaaS or healthcare business. Mobile experience is a plus.
- Portfolio that shows your capabilities and understanding of UX best practices
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to a variety of different stakeholders
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $70,000 - $100,000 (yr base pay); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay Act. Base (CEPA) pay information is based on market location.
