Key  Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, to achieve project goals efficiently.
  • Technical Oversight: Manage all technical aspects of assigned jobs, adhering to construction standards and building codes.
  • Budget and Duration Management: Review any issues with the General Manager regarding job costs or duration and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Establish and maintain excellent standards of customer service with clients throughout each project. Regularly communicate with customers and handle any concerns in a timely and respectful manner.
  • Subcontractor Management: Work with subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing on work bids. Supervise all subcontracted work to ensure completion to required standards. Authorize subcontractor payments and assist the office in obtaining required subcontractor paperwork.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety guidelines and regulations are adhered to on-site, maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Collaborative Communication: Liaise with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and successful project outcomes.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Weekly Meetings: Attend weekly company meetings to provide project updates and collaborate with other team members.
  • Professional Representation: Represent the company professionally at all times and uphold its reputation within the industry.
Knowledge Skills & Attributes
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • 3+ years experience as a construction Project Manager.
  • Must have a clean drivers license.
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Clean and professional appearance.
  • Ability to manage jobs to be within budget and on-time, anticipating issues and finding solutions as needed.
  • A positive attitude and friendly manner.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead teams and collaborate with clients.
  • Ability to think technically to understand different installation techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
